Can you give me some custom built computers?

This sounds like a nice PC for the price. I would just make sure that the PSU can handle it, and I bet it can. All the companies listed here are trusted. I hope you know HOW to build it XD. Make sure that the RAM is 100% compatible with the mobo. I bought a set of RAM, and it "broke" in 1 week because my mother-b didn't have the right voltage. I think you wouldn't need that much RAM. What OS you using? if it's Windows 7 64-Bit, then maybe, although I just can't think of any program(s) or game(s) that could use that much RAM >.>...As long as this PC we're talking about is better than an Alienware, then it's worth it :DDDD........ Make sure you have lots of air-flow in that thing. Liquid cooling is NOT a necessity as long as you have at least 4 fans (preferrably 3 intake 1 exhaust).
