What power supply and graphics card?

Get a Corsair or Antec brand PSU. They are the best. I'd recommend getting a 600w or 650w PSU, especially if you want a more powerful graphics card. Check out some benchmarks (in the sources) and I'd recommend anything Radeon HD 6850 or higher.
