I'm trying to get into graduate school, with a low G.P.A. and I need HELP!!!!?

Just work hard to get the gpa as high as possible. GPA isn't always everything though. Strong letters of recommendation are really important and a good GRE score. Different schools hold different things in higher priority. Some schools rate the letters as post important and GPA might be second or third. If your GPA is lower than you think it should be then just make sure that your GRE, letters of recommendation and statement are really, really good.
