Moblie home needs to go help!!!?

Me and my boyfriend are looking at some property that currently has a moblie home on the property... It is a fixer upper for sure... but we want to get a modular... Is there any way we can sell the moblie home to like a company and have them give us the money for the moblie so we can put it towards the modular???
