Is there a Helicopter Company that can lift a modular home and drop it on a prepared site?

you need to find out the capacity of the helicopter you plan to use for the lift, then, you find out if you can afford the 14,000 grand an hour to operate it. Im thinking this could be an expensive home, especially if the helicopter is no where near where you are.
