does anyone know anything about modular home? me and my brother want to buy a modular home lousianna. so far i know we have to get a piece of land. but can that piece of land be fiance? how much do u think a 3000 square feet piece of land in lousianna cost? i know modular home go somewhere from $55-$90 a square feet. is the fiance on modular home hardest than regular home?how much down do you think first time buyer with 700 credit need?
