Its certainly possible that you will be able to make a great start up one day. However, space exploration requires HUGE capitol for start up. Whether your ideas are good or not, I doubt you will be able to convince someone to give you ~500 Million dollars at 15 years old. Do great in school, get an engineering degree and an MBA, work for a few years in the space industry and then follow your dreams.
