I just bought new power supply?

Its a modular, that has 4 12volt rails. The first 2 are 20 Amps under load and the 2nd 2 are 35 amps under load. I just bought a evga 470 that requires 2- 6 pin hook ups. Should I use the 2- 35 amps?
