I've seen other people use other people names in added info before I did it. Did they receive violations too?

I was asking for help in Astronomy and Space a lot and Languages about the Japanese language and a lot of people did @George,I don't understand what you're talking about. Can you help me? That sort of thing. Did they receive violations too? I got that kind of behavior from them.
