Is it bad if i don't ejaculate during sex or masturbation?

i only ejaculate when i dry hump is that bad also sometimes i dry hump da edge of the couch cus masturbating dont feel good and that does but i dont jackoff for along time just like a minute or so cus it dnt feel good and ive only had sex twice and only ejaculated a lil bit because we wer both virgins and the second time we barely did it for a lil bit and when i do jack off i just feel like taking a piss but sometimes a lil bit of clear liquid comes out. also im 15 years old by the way and started peburty sometime during 6 or 7 grade
