My 2 year old has been having trouble sleeping and eating...please help!!?

My daughter will be 3 years old in a couple of months. For the past week or 2 she has had problems staying asleep at night. She will wake up every hour, sometimes sooner than that. When she wakes up shes really whinny and cranky. She hasn't taken a nap since she turned 2, but lately she has been laying on the couch and falling asleep. She has also been really whinny and cranky during the day, she used to be a happy playful little girl and I have also had problems getting her to eat. I'll give her things I know she likes, and she will either refuse to eat, or only take a few bites. Im at a lose and dont know what to do...please help...NO RUDE COMMETNS
