Should i just make a move already?

Theres this guy and we were good friends and then we started to flirt he has a gf that just left back to germany and he polly will never see her again he told me straight up he likes me and i make him feel very special and im very nice. He had a party and after everyone left we sat on his couch for like an hour and a half with my head on his shoulder and didnt talk then we went and fell asleep on his bed he told me the next day after i snuck out that he liked having an attractive bed mate i said goodbye to him today because he was leaving for the summer and i was gonna just do it make a move and kiss him but i didnt because i didnt know what he would think since he hasent made any kind of sexual move tward me exept the arm around me and hugs we hangout alot should i just do it and make the first move im confused about this.
