What does this mean when he does this?

so i told my bestfriend who's a guy tht i'm gay and i like him...and then he said tht he knew tht i was...and he said tht i knew i liked him too.which doesn't make sense cause if he knew then why did he always act so gay with me...like whenever we go over to each others house we spoon when we go to sleep...he kissed me once on the cheek and then twice on the shoulder..and whenever we go to the movies we holdhands and when we are on the couch we play footsies or snuggle up to each other...and he showed me his penis...and now he makes fun of me for being gay he makes like gay jokes all the time..which isn't funny and sometimes he makes me just wanna cry bcause i really really really like him..he basically made me gay..and he only makes fun of me when we are around my other friend who knows who i'm gay too....so i just wanna why he does this..what it means and what i should do...please help me....oh and i'm a freshman in high school and i've only known him for about a year now...actually not even and we are already like best friends...and thank u in advance for your answers they are greatly appreciated
