Dog will not calm down?

I have a husky mix that is 4 yrs old. They're doing construction on my street & when the tractors drive back and forth they shake the house. In the morning She'll get on my bed and smack me with her paw until I take her outside. She'll also jump on the couches when she knows she isn't supposed to. What do I do to comfort her or calm her down?
