What some flaws in the christian/catholic bible?

I've been doing my research and I have discovered a pretty huge flaw in the bible that disproves a lot in the bible, For starters I would like to say that I know many things about astronomy, and the bible doesn't say anything about how other planets were created, and the same can be said for the universe. If god was real there would be an explanation of how the universe was created. The bible is just a big fictional tale made up to give people hope that there is an afterlife. So what are some flaws you've been able to point out?
